How to Fix Camera Permission Problems
EnjoyMeNow needs your phone's rear camera to create the AR experience. If camera permission was denied or blocked, the experience can't start.
Key Points
- Open Settings on your phone
- Scroll down and tap Safari
- Under "Settings for Websites," find Camera
- Make sure it's set to Allow or Ask
- Go back to the site and refresh the page
- Open Settings on your phone
- Scroll down and tap Chrome
- Tap Camera and make sure it's turned on
- Go back to the site and refresh the page
- Open Chrome
- Tap the three-dot menu -> Settings -> Site Settings -> Camera
- Make sure Camera is set to "Ask before accessing" (not blocked)
- If you see the site listed under "Blocked," tap it and change to Allow
- Go back to the site and refresh
- Close all tabs with the site open
- Force-close your browser (swipe it away from the app switcher)
- Reopen the browser and navigate to the site fresh
