How to Fix Audio Problems

By default, the experience begins with audio muted. This is intentional.

Key Points

  1. Check the silent switch - on iPhone, there's a physical switch on the left side of the phone. If it shows orange, your phone is on silent mode. Flip it to unmute.
  2. Turn up the volume - use the side buttons to increase volume.
  3. Check Bluetooth - if your phone is connected to Bluetooth headphones or a speaker, audio may be playing there instead.
  4. Use headphones - if you need privacy, any wired or Bluetooth headphones will work.
