How to Fix Missing Characters or Broken Textures

If the character consistently fails to load after clearing cache and trying different networks, contact support with your phone model and browser version. This may indicate a compatibility issue with your specific device.

  1. Refresh the page - the simplest fix, and often works
  2. Clear your browser cache:
  3. iPhone Safari: Settings -> Safari -> Advanced -> Website Data -> find "enjoymenow" -> delete
  4. Chrome: Settings -> Privacy -> Clear Browsing Data -> Cached Images and Files
  5. Disconnect VPN - if you're using a VPN, try without it
  6. Switch networks - try a different WiFi or switch to cellular
  7. Close and reopen the browser - force-close the app and start fresh
