- Enter the email address you used during purchase
- If an active code is associated with that email, recovery instructions will be sent to your inbox
- Open the support chat
- Tell the bot you lost your code
- Provide the email address you used during purchase
- The recovery flow will be triggered automatically
Helpful Notes
- Recovery instructions are sent by email only - your code will never be displayed in chat or on a web page
- Always check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes
- The recovery email goes to the address used during purchase - if you used a different email, recovery may not find your code
- Double-check that you're using the exact same email from your original purchase
