Supported Mobile Browsers & Devices

Our WebAR experiences are optimized for modern mobile browsers. While we test broadly, the devices below deliver the most reliable performance.

Resolution steps

  1. iPhone & iPad: Safari 15 or newer on iOS/iPadOS 15+. Recent devices such as iPhone 11–15, iPad Pro/Air (2020+) perform best.
  2. Android flagships: Chrome 115+ on Android 11+ across Google Pixel 5–8, Samsung Galaxy S21–S24, and OnePlus 10/11.
  3. Samsung Internet 17+ on Galaxy devices offers parity with Chrome, including camera/AR permissions.
  4. Motorola, Xiaomi, Oppo, and other OEMs generally work when updated to Android 11+ with Chrome/WebView kept current.
  5. Low-end or rooted devices, desktop browsers in mobile emulation mode, and in-app webviews are not officially supported.
