What to Do if the Start Button Is Greyed Out
The start button waits for all required permissions before it becomes active. If it's greyed out, the experience is waiting for you to complete one of these steps:

- Age verification - you need to confirm you're 18+
- Camera permission - you need to tap "Allow" when the camera prompt appears
- Motion permission (iPhone only) - on iPhone, you'll see a separate prompt asking about motion and orientation sensors. You need to tap "Allow" on this one too.
- Look for any prompts or dialogs on screen and tap Allow
- On iPhone, there are two separate permission prompts - make sure you've accepted both
- If you don't see any prompts, try refreshing the page
- Close the browser tab completely
- Force-close your browser app
- Reopen the browser and go to the site again
- You should get fresh permission prompts
