What Common Error Messages and Redirects Mean
Common on-screen messages usually point directly to browser, device, code, network, or payment issues.
Key Points
- Camera permission was blocked. Go to your phone's Settings, find your browser, and re-enable camera access. Then refresh the page.
- The code you entered wasn't recognized or has expired. Double-check for typos. If the code has expired, you may need to purchase a new one or contact support.
- Your code has been used on the maximum number of devices. Reach out to support if you need an old device removed.
Helpful Notes
- You've tried entering codes too many times. Wait a few minutes and try again.
- Your phone couldn't reach the server. Check your WiFi or cellular connection and try again.
- You've started too many sessions in a short period. Wait for the timer to count down - it resets automatically.
- Your payment is being finalized. Wait a couple of minutes and try entering your code again. If it persists beyond 5 minutes, contact support.
- The payment processor declined the transaction. Double-check your card number, expiration, and CVV. If everything looks right, try a different card or contact your bank.
- Something went wrong during startup. Try refreshing the page. If you see the same error repeatedly, contact support with a screenshot of the error.
