What the Start Button Is Waiting For
Before the AR experience can begin, a few things need to happen in order. The start flow waits for each step to complete:
Key Points
- Age verification - you confirm you're 18 or older
- Camera permission - your browser asks to access your rear camera. You must tap "Allow."
- Motion permission (iPhone only) - a separate prompt asks for motion sensor access. Tap "Allow" here too.
- Content loading - 3D character content downloads in the background
- Look for any prompts on screen - there may be a permission dialog waiting for your response
- On iPhone, remember there are two permission prompts (camera and motion)
- If you see a loading indicator, wait - the content is still downloading
- If nothing seems to be happening, refresh the page to restart the flow
