What to Do if Your Payment Still Shows as Processing

After you complete a payment, there's a brief moment where the payment confirmation is being finalized between the payment processor and our system. During this window, your code may show as "processing" or "pending" if you try to enter it immediately.

Key Points

  1. Wait 1-2 minutes - most payments finalize within seconds, but occasionally it can take a couple of minutes
  2. Try entering your code again - the system will check if the payment has been confirmed
  3. Don't re-purchase - your payment is likely going through. Buying again could result in a duplicate charge.
  4. Check your email - you may have received a confirmation with your code
  5. Contact support - let us know and we can check the status of your payment
  6. Check your bank statement - if the charge appears, the payment went through and support can help you get your code
