What to Do if Your Stealth Code Is Not Working
The message you see when entering your code tells you what's wrong:

- Double-check for typos - the code is 5 characters. Characters that look similar (like O and 0, or I and 1) are not used in codes to avoid confusion.
- Your code may have expired - codes are valid for a limited time depending on the tier you purchased. If your code has expired, you would need to purchase a new one. If you believe there were special circumstances, contact support - our team may be able to help.
- Your code has been used on the maximum number of devices. See our article on the device limit for details, or reach out to support to remove an old device.
Helpful Notes
- You've tried entering codes too many times in a short period. Wait a few minutes and try again.
- Your payment was recently made and the system is finishing processing. Wait a couple of minutes and try entering your code again. If it still shows as processing after 5 minutes, contact support.
- Make sure you've entered exactly 5 characters
- Try refreshing the page and entering the code again
