What to Do When You're Not Sure What's Wrong
If you're not sure what's going wrong, work through these quick checks:

- Are you on a phone? The experience only works on mobile phones, not computers or tablets.
- Are you using the right browser? Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android. If you opened the link from inside another app, open it in your real browser instead.
- Did you allow camera access? If you tapped "Don't Allow," the experience can't start. Check your phone settings to re-enable it.
- Is your connection stable? Try switching between WiFi and cellular if loading seems stuck.
