What to Do When You're Not Sure What's Wrong

If you're not sure what's going wrong, work through these quick checks:

  1. Are you on a phone? The experience only works on mobile phones, not computers or tablets.
  2. Are you using the right browser? Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android. If you opened the link from inside another app, open it in your real browser instead.
  3. Did you allow camera access? If you tapped "Don't Allow," the experience can't start. Check your phone settings to re-enable it.
  4. Is your connection stable? Try switching between WiFi and cellular if loading seems stuck.
