Run the diagnostic when camera, loading, compatibility, or performance issues are unclear and you need a clearer device check.
Key Points
- Camera won't start and you're not sure why
- Blank or black screen with no clear error message
- Redirected to a "not supported" page and you think your phone should work
Helpful Notes
- Experience is extremely slow and you want to check if your device is the issue
- Support asks you to - our team may request diagnostic results to help troubleshoot
- If the issue is clearly about your stealth code (not working, lost, expired) - diagnostics won't help with code issues
- If the experience is working but you have a billing question
- If you already know what the problem is (e.g., you're on desktop, or you know you denied camera)
- The diagnostic page is available through the support portal. You can ask the support chat for the link, or look for a "Run Diagnostics" option in the help section. The check runs in your browser and takes just a few seconds.
